Note: The organizing committee for ICRCE accept online presentation for those who cannot attend onsite.

Only the first author is student could enjoy student registration fee. Students must provide proof of current enrollment or ID to the Conference Secretariat through email.

You could enjoy 50USD discount for early-bird registration before November 05, 2023.

Registration Note

Delegates can make the registration directly by the credit card via the payment link: http://confsys.iconf.org/online-payment/890003173 (You could download the registration form here directly.)

We could accept onsite registration. But extra 50USD will be charged based on the regular fee.

One regular registration can cover a paper within 8 pages, including all figures, tables, and references. Please pay extra pages (50USD/per page) if it exceeds 8 pages.

  • - Bank Transfer/Paypal: Please contact the conference secretary to get the bank or paypal information. You need pay 30USD more for Service Charge if using bank transfer or Paypal.

Accommodation:

  • The registration fee doesn't include the accommodation. You are suggested to make the room reservation as earliest as you can, by Booking.com or Agoda, etc.

Refund:

  • If the participants request cancellation and refund due to personal reasons, the following refund policy applies.
    * 60 days ahead of the conference: 70% of payment refund 
    * 30-60 days ahead of the conference: 50% of payment refund 
    * Within 30 days ahead of the conference: no refund
    Cancellation and refund request must be made formally via email
    * The organizing committees reserves the right to change the dates and place of the conference due to force majeure.
    * The losses thus incurred from the force majeure events shall not be liabled and refunds policy shall not apply as well.
  • Property Safety

    For your property safety, please take good care of your belongings, and valuables should be depositted to the front desk during the conference. If things lost, the conference organizer shall not be responsible for yours!
