2023 13th International Conference on Renewable and Clean Energy (ICRCE 2023) was held in Tokyo, Japan during February 25-27, 2023, which is co-sponsored by Tokyo University of Science, Japan.

This year’s program is composed of 12 oral sessions (6 onsite sessions+6 online sessions), and 3 keynote speeches delivered respectively by Prof. Ryuichi Yokoyama (Life Fellow of IEEE, Waseda University, Japan), Prof. Carlo Alberto Nucci (Fellow of IEEE, University of Bologna, Italy), Prof. Shigeo Akashi (Tokyo University of Science, Japan), 1 invited speech delivered by Prof. Hongxia Zhao (Shandong University, China). ICRCE 2023 all accepted papers have been published into Springer Book Series-Lecture Notes in Electrical Engineering.
