2020 10th International Conference on Renewable and Clean Energy (ICRCE 2020) was held successfully as virtual conference during June 19-21, 2020, which was hosted by Kogakuin University, Japan, as workshop of "CPEEE 2020".
After careful consideration and in light of the global health emergency and pervasive travel restrictions, the organzing committee has made the difficult decision to convert ICRCE 2020 to a fully virtual conference, due to the epidemic situation. Except for the regular presentation style, delegates who cannot attend the meeting due to the epidemic situation have participated in the web conference session or video conference session, etc, during June 19-21, 2020.
We wish to express our thanks Prof. Yasuhiro Noro(Kogakuin University) to host this conference, Prof. Ryuichi Yokoyama (IEEE Fellow), Prof. C. Y. Chung(IEEE Fellow), Prof. Ryuji Matsuhashi, Prof. Mohan Lal Kolhe, Prof. Koki Ogura and other distinguished scholars for sharing their deep insights on future challenges and trends in the conferences.
Moreover the conference was composed of 6 technical virtual oral sessions, topics coverd: Virtual Session 1: Clean Energy Development and Utilization; Virtual Session 2: New Energy Development and Application; Virtual Session 3: New Battery and Energy Storage Technology; Virtual Session 4: Power and Energy Engineering; Virtual Session 5: Power Electronics and Transmission Technology, and Virtual Session 6: Electronic and Electrical Engineering. Each parallel session went through smoothly and a “Best Presentation” award was issued at the end of sub-conference, with the support of session chairs.
